LUCIO D. CUFRE
He is one of the visionaries that has brought our League into existence and thanks to 
his leadership and persistence we have achieve world-class-recognition. Lucio has been a lifelong sportsman. He enjoys playing Basketball, Golf, Handball, Rugby, Paddle, Racquetball, Soccer, Swimming, Tai-kwon-Do, Tennis and Water Polo. Amongst his many achievements, he has Coached many male and female basketball winning teams in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Stockbridge, GA High School, Atlanta, GA, Doraville, GA and Smyrna, GA Leagues. Lucio has personally achieved a level of success that few sportsmen can claim: Most Valuable Player (MVP) at the National Basketball League in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1999. Best International scorer in Argentina (1997-98), Brazil (2001). MVP in Venezuela in 1996. We are fortunate and proud to have such a valuable individual at the reigns of this organization.

Rico Alago
He is the other visionary that has brought our League into existence and thanks to his expanded vision, we are set to become the world’s largest Basketball League ever. Rico does enjoy the opportunities he gets to participate his favorite sports, Basketball, Golf, Handball, Hiking, Hunting and Swimming. Rico considers himself to be a jack-of-all trades-expert at none. He has a long list of credits and achievements but, none give him more satisfaction that having been in youth Leadership for over twenty years and counting. Amongst his many achievements, he has been a Lay Preacher, Youth Director, Pathfinder Club Counselor, Instructor and Director. He is also a Veteran whom served proudly and with distinction in the U.S. Army. We are proud to have such a leader amongst men as an integral part of this organization.
